We ship UK-wide, at the moment we do not offer international postage.

If a product is listed as on a lead time, this means it is on it's way to our warehouse from our supplier, or we will order it especially for you. We endeavour to receive and despatch the item within the lead time shown on the product page. In the rare occasion that there is an unexpected delay, we’ll keep you updated.

Yes! You can purchase a e-mail gift voucher that is redeemable online & in any of our stores here.

If redeeming on our website - you insert the gift card code at checkout! You can check your balance on our gift voucher page.

Due to the size & ever-evolving nature of our collections, not all of our products are available to purchase online. Many of our stores carry unique pieces and one-off items that you won’t always find on our website.

If you’ve seen something in-store that you love, please give our shop a call (contact details here) and our team will be happy to help. We can take your order over the phone and arrange delivery directly to you.

Our furniture showroom in Glasgow based at 6 St George's Place (G20 7PW) hosts our largest collection of bespoke sofas & upholstery. We also have a curated collection of sofas in our Church Hill Place (Edinburgh) and Peebles High Street stores.

Yes of course! Click & Collect is available on the majority of our items. You can select your preferred store for collection at checkout. Certain furniture items are not eligable for Click & Collect due to the size.

You will be notified as soon as your order is ready to collect, which can take approximately 2 to 5 working days.

For items that are in stock - Small items will be received within 1-4 days of order being placed. For larger items (1 or 2 man deliveries), these will arrive by courier within 1 to 3 weeks, depending on where you are located.

For items on a leadtime, the delivery timeframe will be specified on the product page & in the cart. We will ship your order as soon as we receive from our supplier. We will keep you updated every step of the way!

Smaller items are sent by courier, and we will provide the tracking details to you as soon as your order is dispatched. We use a dedicated furniture courier for larger items, who will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date. We will also communicate a delivery timeframe to you.

Returns in line with our refund policy - we aim to process within 1-3 days of your order arriving back at our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email when this has been actioned. Please allow between 3-10 days for the payment to arrive back to your original payment method (timescale is dependent on your payment processor).

In the rare occurrence that your item has become damaged in transit, please email contact@timeandtidestores.co.uk including pictures of the damage. We wil get back to you with the best solution!
