Returns

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is sent to you. However if you are not satisfied with your items, please inform us within seven days of receipt on contact@timeandtidestores.co.uk

Once emailed, we will confirm how you can return items to us. All products must be returned in original packaging, failure to do so may result in us being unable to accept the return.

Parcels are typically returned at your own cost and as such, we strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office as we are responsible for the item only once it has been received by ourselves. Items lost in transit shall not be treated as returned. We will, of course, refund postage on any faulty items returned to us.
